Project Description
Exterior cosmetic and structural renovation to the façade of an occupied shopping center. Construction was completed in phases to minimize disruptions to tenants. The project was contracted on a costplus-fixed-fee with guaranteed maximum price agreement, which resulted in significant cost savings for the owner. |
